Domestic & international shipping

We currently ship using our order fulfilment partners who utilize global shipping providers depending on your shipping address. 

We will ship your items within 2 - 5 business days of purchase, you will be notified upon shipment and tracking information will be provided to you for your package.

Shipping delays due to COVID-19 or weather restrictions are out of our control, however, we will try our best to ensure timely delivery of your package.

We will not be held responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to your address but subsequently go missing or get stolen.

International shipping does not include any import duties or taxes that you may be required to pay upon arrival of your package into your country of residence. We do not collect the VAT, import duties or other taxes at the time of sale and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear Customs and be delivered to you.


returns policy

We want you to enjoy your PonoGirl garment with the same love that we took to create it for you.

We manufacture in small quantities to ensure consistency of quality. If you are not completely satisfied, please return the item to us within 21 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund.

For USA customers, we will offer a free exchange for incorrect sizing or garment defect. At the moment we are not offering a free exchange for international orders and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.


For USA and international customers requesting a refund, the return shipping costs will be added to your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. PonoGirl is not responsible for the loss of your returned items.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

We reserve the right to refuse any item which we deem to be unsalable at our discretion.


CONDITIONS OF RETURN / EXCHANGE

• Original tags to be intact & attached.

• Merchandise is to be unworn, unwashed, odor free & in original condition.

• Hygiene liner in-tact (For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept your return & exchange the item without a hygiene liner).

• Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.
